Kratom is recognized as an herbal remedy, however it is actually a large tree found natively largely in Southeat Asia and Thailand. The kratom tree is harvested for its leaves which are then processed into many forms available on the market today. The most common kratom varieties are: powders, extracts, tinctures and dried crushed leaf. Kratom is widely used fo it's medicinal purposes and is considered a viable and effective alternative to many pharmaceutical options. This is due in part to kratom's ability to provide both sedative and stimulant effects. Lower dosages tend to provide more stimulant effects while higher dosages yield more sedative effects.
Kratom Usage
Kratom is not new. It has been in use by native cultures in Thailand for many many years. Many have found a solution in what kratom can offer. It is widely used as an alternative solution for chronic pain management and as an effective means for treatment of drug addiction. Many other uses have been reported as well from migrains to stress management. The accessability of kratom and the fact that it is a natural re-usable resource makes this an even "Greener", healthier alternative to mainstream medicines. Not to mention that it is widely less expensive than some very costly pharmacutical options.
Kratom comes in many forms. Some of the more common kratom varieties include: Kratom Extract, Kratom Powder and Kratom Leaf. The Extracts are generally a more potent form of kratom as is the case with most herbal extracts. The kratom powder variety is popular for those who mix the powder with juice or other liquids, it is also packaged into vegitarian or gelatin capsules. The kratom leaf is primarily used for making tea. There are many variations of these kratom varieties depending on which kratom vendor you buy kratom from. However, most vendors keep standards high as this reflects on their business. The kratom community tends to be very communicable and less than scrupulous vendors tend to be talked about readily. This is good for quality control and maintaining an open dialog about kratom.
Is Kratom Legal?
Kratom is not legal in all parts of the world. Ironically, it is not legal in it's native Thailand. It is however legal in most countries. The United States has been keeping an eye on kratom for some time to monitor it's usage and rise popularilty. This fact causes concern for some as many believe that too much of the wrong kind of exposure can cause negative attention to this herb thereby leading to potential illegalization of kratom.

How is "super" any different than "premium" or any other word used to distinguish higher-quality varieties? Yes, there are a lot of gimmicky vendors out there, but some of the best, most responsible vendors still use names like "super indo" etc.

Really the only problem with the Kratom Capsules is you usually pay a huge premium because they take so long to make.
